Job Summary: The Sr. Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for providing all aspects of logistics services, including domestic and international shipping, receiving and transportation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of logistics processes.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including domestic and international shipping, receiving and transportation.
• Well versed in exports and imports, including regulatory controls as they apply to global trade, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Manage and coordinate reverse logistics (returns) working with Inventory Control, Sales Operations other internal groups and directly with customers,.
• Manage and maintain relationships with carriers and suppliers.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
• Helps implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• May load or unload trucks using powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, etc.). Must be able to pass PIV training and obtain a license.
• May be assigned to specific tasks related to projects or activities within the job scope.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment.

Your actual hourly rate will be based on your experience, work location, certifications and the unique skills you bring to the role.
